Every Friday after 2:00pm
When do I qualify for 401K benefits?
Once an employee reaches the age of 21 they are eligible for 401K benefits after 1 year of employment (1000 hours of service)
When do I qualify for a house charge account?
After you have been employed for 90 days you may purchase items and charge it to an account set up in your name.
How do I make a payment on my house account?
Payments for house account charges can be make the same day, or they will be deducted from your paycheck that week in $50 increments.
Do I need approval for a house account charge?
Purchases over $200 must be approved by Richard or Cindy in advance.
What are the employee discounts?
Employees are eligible for:
30% greengoods
20% hardgoods
10% bagged goods
When do I qualify for health benefits?
The medical and dental benefits are provided for fulltime employees after 90 days of employment. After that there's a 31-day window to sign up until the next yearly open enrollment period.
What holidays are paid holidays?
Full time employees are eligible for the following holidays:
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas Day
Employees must work the day before and after the holiday.
How do I know how many PTO days I have?
Full-time employees working 40+ hours per week are provided with annual leave after 3 months based on the following accrual:
0-4 years: 6 days
5-7 years: 9 days
8-10 years: 12 days
11+ years:15 days
