Once an employee reaches the age of 21 they are eligible for 401K benefits after 1 year of employment (1000 hours of service)
After you have been employed for 90 days you may purchase items and charge it to an account set up in your name.
Payments for house account charges can be make the same day, or they will be deducted from your paycheck that week in $50 increments.
Purchases over $200 must be approved by Richard or Cindy in advance.
Employees are eligible for:

20% hardgoods
10% bagged goods
The medical and dental benefits are provided for fulltime employees after 90 days of employment. After that there's a 31-day window to sign up until the next yearly open enrollment period.
Full time employees are eligible for the following holidays:
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas Day
Employees must work the day before and after the holiday.
Full-time employees working 40+ hours per week are provided with annual leave after 3 months based on the following accrual:
0-4 years: 6 days
5-7 years: 9 days
8-10 years: 12 days
11+ years:15 days
